Suffolk Recycling Program

Please fill out the form below to show your intention to participate in the Suffolk/TFC Recycling program. You are not being asked for payment information, just a strong interest in a Big Bin curbside recycling program. This program will allow you to throw aluminum cans, plastic bottles, paper and newspaper, cardboard, steel cans and glass containers in one 95-gallon recycling container. The cost will be just $12 per month, including the bin. But the program will not start unless at least 3,000 Suffolk residents sign up by Earth Day, April 22, 2010. Thank you for your interest!

Recycling one aluminum can saves enough energy to run a TV for three hours -- or the equivalent of a half a gallon of gasoline.
If every American recycled just one-tenth of their newspapers, we would save about 25,000,000 trees a year.
