Suffolk Recycling Program

Please fill out the following Residential Recycling Service Agreement in order to participate in Suffolk's Curbside Recycling Program. By completing the form will be placing your bin on order. Within one week you will receive an invoice in the mail with instructions on how to pay.  Bins will be delivered starting July 1st with expected service to start July 20th.  For updates to the program please visit the following link:
